I ordered bday flowers for my friend based on a photo. The were pricey too. A sweet woman from Ricky's called and said due to COVID, some of those flowers weren't available. I was concerned the order would not look as nice as the photo. She assured me of her experience and philosophy to "share the love" during difficult times. My friend sent me the photo of her delivery and I was almost in tears as it was beautiful, exactly as I had expressed to the woman at Ricky's that I'd hoped to see. The day after I placed my online order, one of the employees called me and told me they didn’t get a shipment in of the ginger flower because of the coronavirus. She suggested birds of paradise. The bouquet was beautiful and it was a great substitution. My mom absolutely loved it.
